Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University is a recognized school that started in 2001 as the Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani Institute. It was made by the Latin Catholic Apostolic Administration of the Caucasus. In the beginning, it had only one part focused on Christian studies. It held meetings and published books about philosophy, religion, and other subjects. In 2009, it became a full university with more programs.
